In 2026 Lodge No. 48 donated $1,000 to the Cystic Fibrosis Association and received the Grand Master’s Gold Award for it.

The Missouri Grand Lodge supports Membership, Educational, Visual research, Arthritis, General/Disaster and Endowment funds.
